Outline for Family Reunion Events
- Thurs. August 8, 2013- Travel Day: Caravan leaves Savannah arrives in Myrtle Beach, SC. All families travel to Myrtle Beach via personal arrangements.
- Friday August 9th, 2013-
- 10am-12pm Boat Tour of Myrtle Beach (additional price)
- 1-3pm -Ripley’s Aquarium (optional)
- 6pm-10pm Dinner Banquet w/ D.J.- check-in family members, give out t-shirts and little family momento, welcome family, eat dinner, dance and mingle, review family reunion agenda, display family updates powerpoint (additional price)
Sat. August 10th-
- 9am- 1pm- Amusement Park (Optional)
- 9am-1pm- Myrtle Beach Shopping Center excursion at Barefoot Landing(Optional)
- 4-8pm-Family Luau cookout on the beach-family beach activities and dinner.(additional price)
- 10pm-until- Young Adult Gathering-late night activity in downtown Myrtle Beach(optional)
- 10pm-until- Oldies but Goodies Gathering-late night activity in downtown Myrtle Beach(optional)
Sun. August 11th-
- 10am- Family checks out of hotel
- 10am-12pm-Prayer service and brunch at the hotel- Ask family members with spiritual gifts to organize and create a family prayer service that includes inspirational messages, singing and fellowship. The prayer service will be held at a room in the hotel. This will be the culminating event.(additional price)
- 1pm -Family leaves Myrtle Beach for home
