Please check out all of the flyers below for updates on prices and our family reunion agenda. We have made alot of updates to make things more affordable for everyone.The events labeled "everyone come" are the special events that we would like to make sure that all our family members come together to enjoy. The events that are marked "optional" are just suggestions for entertainment during the day. There are alot of free activities for you and your family at the hotel and in the entertainment venues surrounding the hotel so this is also an option.
We are so excited to spend time with everyone and celebrate our beautiful family. Please make plans for you and your family to be there if you haven't already. Below are some gentle reminders about upcoming deadlines to keep us on track for our August 8-11, 2013 Myrtle Beach reunion. Sending love your way!
- Please call and reserve room/s for you and your family asap. There is no cost to make your initial reservation, however you will need to make your reservation by July 9, 2013 and be prepared to pay the total costs for your room/s upon arrival in August. - Please remind family members to send pictures, family stories and family updates to our email: weareone2013@gmail.com.The communications committee will use these materials to start collecting history for our history book and family tree video.
- Please mail in cashier's checks or check payments to cover the costs for our Friday dinner banquet, Saturday family beach laua and family reunion t-shirts to Alisha Archie at 3645 Elder Oaks Blvd. Apt. 7303 Bowie, MD 20716 OR Delores Glover 7230 Grant St. Savannah, GA 31406 by June 30, 2013. Please do not send in personal checks. Price points for these 3 things are listed in the attached flyer. We are paying caterers to cater these 2 functions and we are ordering t-shirts so we need everyones' money in advance to handle these details.
